kisi bhi kaam karne ke liye manushy (human) ki ekagrta (concentration) limit ek ghnate me 45 minute hoti hai matlab ek ghante agar aap kisi kaam karte ho to aap sirf 45 minute he uspar focus ya concentraion kar sakte ho. agar phir bhi aap jabardasti book ke samne baithe rahenge to aap bor ho jayenge aur apko nind bhi ane lagegi. isliye ek nischit (fix) samay ke baad break le aur jyada padhai kare.

apne dekha hoga aksar aap apne bed par padhne baithte ho aur dhire dhire aap postion change karte ho jo apko pata bhi nahi chalta aur position chane karte karte aap sleepy position le lete hai aur nind ke hawale ho jate ho. isliye jitni der ho sake aap apni table chair par hee baith ke padhe aisa karne se apke mind ko proper amount me blood milta hai aur aapko nind bhi nahi aati.
